The Flow Builder emerged as a solution to empower clients to create personalized and automated flows for customer onboarding, specifically for opening new accounts. The aim was to provide a secure and efficient process that leverages biometric data verification and integrates seamlessly with existing systems.

Research and user insights
To gather insights, we conducted user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. The research aimed to understand the pain points of clients and identify their needs and expectations regarding the onboarding process. Key findings from the research include:
